Career-defining question for every Trainer or Therapist working with Patients and Clients to help them move better, reduce injuries and improve athletic performance…

…If there was a ground-breaking way for you to get insight into the root cause of a client or patient’s dysfunction, that required zero guess work or interpretation and often-times delivered near immediate results…

…Would you finally feel more confident in your ability to address the common complaints and help your clients improve their movement capacity in record time?

If your answer is “YES!” here’s what you need to know:

If you’ve been in the industry for a while, you’ve probably followed a familiar path. You’ve taken continued education courses on a variety of topics because you understand the importance of developing a more advanced skillset.

Each time you attend a course, you develop a few new tools and you become more effective at helping your clients on a more meaningful level…

And if you’ve been at this for more than 5 years, you’ve probably got a pretty comprehensive toolkit that serves you really well, most of the time.

Until it doesn’t…

I’m sure you’ve all had those tricky cases where someone comes in, and you throw every trick you know at them and it either has no affect at all or even more frustratingly, it seems to solve their problem only to have them turn up next time and it’s come straight back.

If that sounds familiar, you’re certainly not alone.

The problem with these tricky cases, is that when we’re unable to affect some positive change or when we find a temporary resolution but the problem continues to return, it’s generally because we’re not addressing the root cause.

If hypothetically a client presents with knee pain, and you identify that the vastus lateralis is overly facilitated which seems to be affecting gait and the way the patella tracks…

…and you know how to actively release the muscle, or provide some mobility routines to help rebalance the musculature but it just doesn’t seem to help…

It’s because the overly facilitated muscle is a symptom of something else, not the cause. There’s something deeper that’s causing the muscle to become over-facilitated. So even if we are able to release the muscle, if we haven’t addressed the primary issue it’s just going to keep coming back.

Treating the symptoms is just like taking a Paracetamol when you’ve got a toothache. It gives you temporary relief, but if the problem is being caused by a cavity then until you get the cavity repaired the pain will return as soon as the Paracetamol wears off.

The Fastest Way To Find The Core Problem Is To Ask The Brain and Nervous System Via Specific Assessment Protocols

Breakdown

SECTION 1:

Theory and Principals

Our aim is to keep things extremely practical. We know that anatomy and physiology can be both confusing and a very dry topic. That’s why we’ve designed this section to be as experiential as possible so that you can learn by doing instead of just being spoken at for hours on end. In this section we’ll be covering, the basics of:

  • Bioelectricity
  • Autonomic Nervous System
  • Dysfunction
  • Resources
  • Brain-based Movement Principals

SECTION 2:

Core Activation

Learn some basic muscle testing and stimulations which can instantly resolve drivers of muscle imbalance.

In this section we will be covering.

  • Practical, hands-on Assessments

  • Specific Stimulations based on assessment findings

SECTION 3:

Posture and Balance

Learn how to stabilise the spine through this extremely simple application of AMN principles as well as improving Extensor muscle facilitation and overall balance. We’ll teach you how to segmentally test the individual vertebra to uncover areas of instability along with a simple to use stimulation to address any issues that will provide immediate results.

    SECTION 4:

    Pain

While pain is only one of the many things AMN practitioners work with, it’s one of the most common client complaints. In this section we’ll discuss what pain actually is, so that you can finally understand why it occurs.
