When nothing else
has worked.

Pain that keeps coming back. Stress that will not lift. A body that has hit a ceiling. In a personal online session David looks for what sits underneath it, with the process he has refined over 22 years of practice.

Is this you?

You have tried everything.

Most people come to David after years of appointments, scans and programmes. If any of this sounds familiar, a session may help.

01

It keeps coming back

A problem that has not responded to the usual treatments, or returns every time it seems fixed.

02

Pain that will not settle

Ongoing aches and pain that rest, stretching and treatment have not resolved.

03

Stress you carry everywhere

Stress and emotional load that affect your sleep, your body and your days.

04

Running on empty

Constant tiredness and low energy, even when you do everything right.

05

A performance ceiling

Training hard, but stuck. Strength, physique or performance that will not move forward.

How it works

Three steps, all online.

  1. 01

    Free assessment

A first conversation about your history and what you are dealing with now, so the sessions can be planned around you.

  2. 02

    Your sessions

On a video call. David uses a muscle test to find the relevant causes and links behind what you are experiencing. You can simply relax, read or catch up on emails while he works.

  3. 03

    Notice the change

Some people feel a shift within 24 to 48 hours. A specific issue typically takes 4 to 8 sessions, depending on the case and your lifestyle.

In their words

Real people, real change.

Questions

Before you book.

What happens in a session?

David goes through your history and symptoms, then uses a muscle test to identify the relevant causes and links. As long as you are on the video call, you can relax, read or work while he does the process.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on you and the issue. For a specific problem it is typically 4 to 8 sessions. Your free assessment is where this gets planned.

Can it help with performance, not only health?

Yes. David also works with blocks to physical performance, including physique and strength, looking at your history and the way you train.

What might I notice afterwards?

Some people process emotionally in the first 24 to 48 hours, or notice a physical shift in their symptoms. Results differ from person to person.

Does it replace my doctor or therapist?

No. Sessions are complementary and holistic. David does not diagnose any illness or condition, and the sessions are not talk therapy or psychotherapy. If you have concerns about your health, see your GP.

Where are you based? Do I need to travel?

No travel. Everything happens on a video call, wherever you are in the world.
